Sunset Yoga at Bennetts Water Gardens

Experience yoga in the heart of Bennetts Water Gardens at sunset followed by Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation induced by guided meditation) followed by calming herbal teas and refreshments served on the terrace of Cafe Monet.

6.30pm – 8pm on the following dates in 2023: 8 June, 29 June, 20 July, 10 August and 31 August.

All abilities are welcome, with a minimum age of 12. Please bring your own yoga mat and weather appropriate clothing.

In case of inclement weather we will contact you to re book you onto the next available event where possible.

Please note there is no access to changing facilities. Free parking and toilets available onsite.
